Description
NISC is hiring a Software Development Team Lead to lead an agile engineering team developing its Mapping & Staking product and cloud platform. The role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, hiring, performance management, SDLC quality practices, integration and contract testing, application improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The position is hybrid and based in Atlanta, Georgia; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Lake Saint Louis, Missouri; or Mandan, North Dakota, with at least three office days per week. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, 5+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years in technical leadership or supervision, and experience with GIS/Esri or ArcGIS, Java or C#, Angular/JavaScript, Spring Boot, AWS, and specified engineering tools.
