Description
NISC is hiring a Software Development Team Lead to provide technical and people leadership for an agile team developing its Mapping & Staking product and cloud platform. The role involves hands-on software development, GIS data and application work, technical issue resolution, integration and contract testing, SDLC quality practices, coaching direct reports, performance and goal management, hiring, and collaboration on strategic projects. The position is hybrid from an NISC office in Atlanta, Georgia; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Lake Saint Louis, Missouri; or Mandan, North Dakota, with at least three office days weekly.
