Description
NISC is hiring a hybrid Software Development Team Lead to guide an agile engineering team responsible for its Mapping & Staking product and cloud platform. The role combines hands-on software development with technical leadership, coaching, hiring, performance management, SDLC quality practices, contract and integration testing, application improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred qualifications include at least five years of relevant software or technical experience, three years in technical leadership or supervision, and experience with GIS/Esri or ArcGIS, Java or C#, Angular or JavaScript, Spring Boot, AWS cloud technologies, and listed development tools. The position is available from NISC offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; Lake Saint Louis, Missouri; or Mandan, North Dakota, with at least three office days per week.
