Description
SOTI is hiring a Software Reliability Engineer to investigate complex software failures and performance problems across application, system, network, database, and infrastructure layers. The role involves root-cause analysis, log and trace investigation, profiling, performance testing, scalability and concurrency troubleshooting, diagnostic scripting, and collaboration with developers. Candidates need at least five years of relevant software, performance, systems, reliability, or production troubleshooting experience, programming ability in a major language, strong operating-system and networking knowledge, and experience with performance test cases and distributed-system diagnostics.
