Description
The Level 1 Software Engineer develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems, including analytics, algorithms, large-data systems, real-time systems, and business management systems. The role analyzes requirements, debugs and tests software, designs and codes new or modified software, develops database queries and algorithms, documents systems, and may lead software development projects. It requires an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph, United States citizenship, seven years of similar software engineering experience, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, with four years of additional experience potentially substituting for the degree. Compensation is $78,000 to $250,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and flexible work arrangements.
