NTI is hiring a Software Engineer 2 in Scottsdale, Arizona, in a hybrid arrangement. The mid-level role designs, builds, supports, and deploys software across internal and external applications, leads components from conception through deployment, guides technical decisions, and contributes to code quality, debugging, automation, documentation, and team knowledge sharing. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of experience, programming proficiency, distributed-systems knowledge, database familiarity, and eligibility to obtain a US security clearance; production experience, cloud and containerization skills, and AI-related experience are preferred.
