Ginkgo Bioworks is hiring Software Engineers for its Autonomous Lab software organization, which builds Catalyst, a software platform for laboratory automation, AI-enabled workflows, data APIs, scheduling, and infrastructure. Candidates may be considered for open positions across the Agent Interfaces, Solutions Engineering, Orchestrator, Data Management, and Ops & Infra teams. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience, professional software development experience, Python proficiency, and on-site attendance Monday through Friday in the Boston office. Compensation is $85,600 to $120,200 annually, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
