Description
Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer 2 - CoreAI on the Inventory team to design, build, test, and operate services and developer tools that manage engineering inventory and ownership at Microsoft scale. The role focuses on Inventory-as-Code, including validation, reconciliation, governance, integrations with engineering systems, distributed services, data consistency, large-scale automation, security, and operational recovery. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, partner teams, and customers, work independently through design and rollout, and participate in on-call support.
