Description
Microsoft is hiring a Software Engineer for its UIPilot team to build AI-powered computer-use capabilities for agents that plan, interact with applications, orchestrate execution, evaluate outcomes, and recover from failures across web and desktop environments. The role involves developing backend services, APIs, and user-facing tools; improving reliability, observability, performance, and recovery; using AI-powered coding agents; and owning end-to-end engineering outcomes. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and at least two years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, plus the ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements.
