Wellabe is hiring a Software Engineer 3 to develop, test, troubleshoot, and improve complex software applications and services. The role contributes to software architecture, DevOps and automation initiatives, AI-enabled development, secure and scalable solutions, and technical leadership. Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, managing change processes, and collaborating with product, system, architecture, and testing teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least five years of progressive development and systems analysis experience, and knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL, and related technologies.
