MongoDB is hiring an experienced Software Engineer to help launch a new internal engineering team and build enterprise-grade software for internal tools and platforms. The role involves designing, building, maintaining, and improving software that supports critical organizational workflows, collaborating with other engineers, and delivering features that reduce manual friction and improve engineering efficiency. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, knowledge of a modern programming language, and familiarity with containerized applications, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
