Description
Onto Innovation is hiring a Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain software that interfaces with complex semiconductor capital equipment and handling systems. The role supports the Inspection Business Unit, new product development, customer enhancements, CI/CD, debugging, and cleanroom customer-site support, with travel of approximately 20%. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least five years of software development experience in technical or mission-critical applications, and at least three years of C#/.NET experience, along with image processing, machine vision, hardware–software integration, and troubleshooting expertise.
