Torch Technologies is hiring a Software Engineer 3 to support the Missile Defense Agency Modeling & Simulation System Integration team in Huntsville, Alabama. The role designs, develops, tests, and maintains low-code applications, business workflows, automation tools, SharePoint sites, and collaboration environments using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Service Now, Jira, Confluence, and related systems. Responsibilities include workflow automation, user interface design, systems integration, platform maintenance, compliance and security, AI-assisted development, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of applicable software engineering or business process automation experience, an active Secret security clearance, and experience with Microsoft Power Platform and related tools.
