MongoDB is hiring a C++ Systems Engineer for its Server Programmability team to improve and extend MongoDB Server’s programmability features. The role involves writing production-ready C++ code, unit and integration testing, performance regression testing, medium-sized project leadership, code review, candidate interviewing, customer escalations, and cross-team collaboration. Candidates need at least three years of systems programming experience, hands-on production C++ development, strong computer science fundamentals, and interest in distributed systems and performance. The position is hybrid and based in Dublin.
