The Software Developer analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software for local, networked, or Internet-related applications. The role writes code, performs testing and debugging, documents installation and maintenance procedures, interacts with users to define requirements, and may modify existing code. Responsibilities include owning high- and moderate-complexity assignments, reviewing code for quality, security, and efficiency, mentoring less experienced associates, and leading complex work independently. The position requires a college degree and at least two years of experience or equivalent work experience.
