Mindlance is hiring a Software Engineer 4/AI Concepts for a 12-month project with possible extension or conversion. The role focuses on designing and delivering generative AI and agentic AI applications for internal use, using frameworks such as Agent Development Kit and LangChain, and requires strong Python, multi-cloud, MLOps, LLMOps, RAG, and software development lifecycle experience. The engineer will work with architects and experienced engineers, conduct peer reviews, manage technology and enterprise risk, and influence technology roadmaps. Preferred qualifications include finance or cybersecurity experience, AI certifications, and familiarity with infrastructure as code, test-driven development, and regulatory compliance.
