Advanced Space is hiring a full-time Software Engineer for a hybrid role developing mission-critical ground and flight software for spacecraft operations, mission control, and advanced space technologies. The position requires 5–8 years of experience, strong C++, Python, or other modern programming-language experience, software architecture and CI/CD knowledge, familiarity with Kubernetes or Docker, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. An active security clearance is preferred, or the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance is required; visa sponsorship is not available. The role offers a base salary of $114,000–$149,000, signing and quarterly performance bonuses, medical benefits, a 401(k), flexible time off, and relocation assistance.
