Lyrebird Health is hiring a full-stack Software Engineer to own and ship high-impact features end to end, from product scoping through deployment. The role focuses on building and improving LLM pipelines and document-generation systems using TypeScript, Svelte, Node.js, LangChain, and LangFuse, while contributing to technical decisions, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and code review. The position requires professional production experience, deep TypeScript expertise across frontend and backend, and familiarity with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices; healthcare, regulated-environment, or ML/LLM experience is a plus.
