Description
Google is hiring a Software Engineer, Ads to provide technical leadership on high-impact projects, coach a distributed engineering team, align cross-functional goals, and design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, extensive experience with C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, or Go, software product testing and launch experience, software design and architecture experience, and experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, extensive data structures and algorithms experience, prior technical leadership, and experience in complex matrixed organizations. Compensation is $207,000–$300,000 USD plus a 20% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
