OpenAI is hiring a Software Engineer to build the backend systems and infrastructure for its Ads Integrity team. The role focuses on detecting, preventing, and responding to harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, and policy-violating activity across the advertising lifecycle, including advertiser onboarding, account and behavioral risk, content safety, spam, and fraud. The engineer will design low-latency decision systems, risk-signal pipelines, enforcement infrastructure, and operational tooling, while partnering with ML, safety, security, product, and operations teams. The position is based in San Francisco and offers relocation assistance.
