Blue Origin is hiring an experienced software engineer for its Advanced Concepts and Enterprise Engineering team in Los Angeles to own subsystem-level software for real-time systems, test infrastructure, ground software, and hardware-in-the-loop verification in a safety-critical aerospace environment. The role involves embedded software development, fault management, test automation, system integration, requirements and verification work, and collaboration across hardware, GNC, avionics, mission operations, and quality teams. Strong C/C++, Python, Git, real-time embedded systems, autonomy algorithms, and root-cause analysis experience are required, along with U.S. citizenship or equivalent work authorization under export control rules.
