Sierra is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade AI agents for enterprise and startup customers. The role owns the agent development lifecycle, partners with customers to solve real-world problems, and collaborates with research, product, and platform teams to shape the company’s AI agent platform. Candidates should have experience building and scaling production systems, strong technical problem-solving skills, customer-facing experience, and preferably experience with AI/LLM systems, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, React, TypeScript, or Go.
