Description
Sierra is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade AI agents for enterprise and startup customers. The role owns the agent development lifecycle, partners with customers to understand business challenges, contributes to the core platform, and may work with voice models, RAG pipelines, eval frameworks, and agent tooling. Candidates need experience building and scaling production systems, strong technical problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency in Cantonese; experience with AI/LLM systems, React, TypeScript, Go, or customer-facing technical projects is preferred.
