Sierra is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI agents for financial-services customers, own the agent development life cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, and partner with large enterprises and startups. The role requires experience building and scaling production systems, strong technical problem-solving, customer-facing communication, and familiarity with financial services, security, and compliance; experience with AI/LLM systems, React, TypeScript, Go, and agent tooling is preferred.
