Description
Adobe is hiring a Software Engineer for Adobe Unified Platform’s Meta Factory, the agentic builder experience for company-wide AI software development. The role focuses on building and owning core components of the Agent Harness, including agent learning and feedback systems, feedback pipelines, evaluation and improvement loops, and integration with execution, skills, and sandboxed runtime systems. The position requires deep hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic systems, RLHF/preference learning/reward modeling, strong Python skills, cloud and ML experimentation infrastructure, and the ability to work in ambiguous technical areas and mentor other engineers.
