Sierra is hiring a full-time Public Sector AI Engineer to design and build production-grade AI agents for federal and state government institutions. The role partners with industry leadership and public-sector customers to understand workflows, identify opportunities, prototype tools, and shape the company’s AI agent platform. Candidates should have full-stack software development skills, familiarity with AI development processes, and comfort working directly with customers; experience with conversational or long-horizon agents, ambiguity, and government work is preferred.
