Description
Sierra is hiring an AI Agent Software Engineer to build the core systems powering customer-facing AI agents. The role focuses on the Agent SDK, orchestration and runtime, agent reasoning and action primitives, retrieval and grounding, and evaluation systems. Candidates should have strong software engineering fundamentals, at least four years of experience building production products and systems, and a degree in computer science or an equivalent professional experience. Experience with AI-powered systems, agent frameworks, retrieval, evaluation systems, LLM applications, developer platforms, SDKs, Go, and Typescript is preferred.
