Sierra is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve production-grade AI agents for enterprise and startup customers. The role owns the agent development lifecycle, partners with customers, shapes the core platform, and requires professional Spanish and English fluency, production-system experience, strong technical problem-solving, customer-facing communication, and a builder mindset. Preferred qualifications include AI/LLM production experience, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, React, TypeScript, and Go.
