Description
Sierra is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI agents for mission-critical customer-facing applications across finance, healthcare, commerce, telecommunications, media, and technology. The role owns the full agent development lifecycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, partners with large enterprises and startups, and collaborates with research, product, and platform teams to shape the company’s AI agent platform. Candidates should have experience building and scaling production systems, strong technical problem-solving skills, customer-facing experience, and familiarity with AI/LLM systems, agent tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering; React, TypeScript, and/or Go experience is preferred.
