Description
Userpilot is hiring a mid-level, full-time AI Platform Engineer to own and advance its Lia agent platform. The role focuses on building and operating a Python-based agent runtime and orchestration system, including tool use, hybrid retrieval, multi-turn grounding, streaming, persistence, evals, observability, cost accounting, and agent interoperability. The engineer will also contribute to architecture, reliability, developer experience, and technical leadership, while making judgment calls about when deterministic logic, retrieval, statistics, or LLMs are appropriate.
