Fieldguide is hiring an AI Agent Engineer to build and maintain long-horizon agents for its Fieldguide AI platform. The role focuses on agent knowledge and evaluation infrastructure, backend systems for agent execution and monitoring, error analysis, and improving agent reliability and quality at scale. Candidates should have hands-on experience building AI products, knowledge of evals and error analysis, and backend engineering experience; platform, frontend, and distributed systems experience are preferred.
