SQUER is hiring a software engineer to lead client AI adoption, develop AI visions and transformation roadmaps, and support frontend and backend development across engineering teams. The role involves introducing AI usage throughout the software development lifecycle, solving complex technical challenges, collaborating in agile SCRUM teams, and coaching colleagues. Candidates should have several years of experience in software architecture, cloud-native development, and containerization, along with knowledge of frontend and backend technologies and proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, or Go. The position offers hybrid work, training, and an annual gross salary of €75,000 to €95,000.
