Description
The role owns end-to-end delivery of core AI agent capabilities, including agent architecture, RAG pipelines, multi-step tool use, orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation, observability, and platform scalability. It requires 3+ years of software engineering experience, deep Python expertise, hands-on LLM API experience, distributed-systems and cloud-native architecture skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers. The position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office, and includes equity, flexible hours, group insurance, and other employee benefits.
