The role focuses on designing and operating scalable, reliable agent architecture involving orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning, control flow, failure handling, and recovery. The engineer will debug production issues, optimize latency and cost, establish agent design patterns, and mentor other engineers. The position requires at least seven years of software engineering experience and production experience with AI systems handling real user interactions.
