Eightfold is hiring a Software Engineer to design and build scalable, AI-powered frontend and backend product features for its agentic AI platform. The role involves developing LLM and NLP workflows, backend services and APIs, model inference and orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and production-grade software, while collaborating with product, design, and AI/ML teams. Candidates should have 1–2 years of professional software engineering experience, backend or full-stack experience, Python proficiency, and familiarity with APIs, distributed systems, and model inference. The position is hybrid in Santa Clara, California, with a base annual salary of $120,750 to $161,000 plus bonus and equity.
