Endex is hiring a full-time software engineer in New York City for a five-day-in-person commitment. The role focuses on building scalable AI agent systems, including planning, tool use, memory, long-horizon task execution, evaluations, datasets, post-training pipelines, and customer-facing product improvements. Candidates should have experience with scalable systems, agentic products or infrastructure, API design, service communication, database optimization, proof-of-concept development, and production-service ownership.
