Description
The company is hiring a full-stack Software Engineer focused on applied AI for a B2B construction technology startup. The role owns AI features end-to-end, including document versioning, agentic chat workflows, LLM optimization, evaluation, UI, data pipelines, vector search, multi-modal document ingestion, and integrations with customer systems. Candidates need at least three years of full-stack applied AI experience, proficiency with TypeScript, Python, and SQL, and experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, LLMs, data pipelines, and AI evaluation. The position is on-site five days per week in Berlin, Germany, with a salary of 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually and no visa sponsorship.
