Description
Kuro is hiring a full-stack software engineer to build and own end-to-end AI features for construction customers, including document versioning, agentic chat, workflow harnesses, human review surfaces, entity resolution, project graphs, and scalable multi-modal data pipelines. The role covers the full development lifecycle from database schemas and LLM optimization through UI, evaluation, error analysis, and integrations with customer systems. It requires at least three years of full-stack software engineering experience, proven production-grade applied AI delivery, strong English communication, and onsite work at Kuro’s Factory Berlin Mitte office.
