Description
NICE is hiring an IT Software Engineer, Core AI Development to build and operate the internal AI platform that powers enterprise intelligent automation. The role owns production components including MCP integration, agent orchestration, a models gateway, RAG pipelines, prompt management, LLM evaluation, developer tooling, CI/CD, observability, and production operations. It is a full-stack engineering position requiring 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, production LLM application experience, and familiarity with Azure services, agent frameworks, Git, and clean, tested code. The role follows a hybrid NiCE-FLEX model with two office days and three remote days per week.
