PowerPay is hiring a hands-on software engineer to own a broad portfolio of development work independently. The role covers end-to-end delivery across backend services, data pipelines, AWS infrastructure, and internal tooling, with responsibilities including Python and SQL development, AWS service management, data querying, testing, code reviews, and clear communication. The engineer will use AI-assisted development tools actively and work autonomously while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
