Apple is hiring a security engineer to build and operate security infrastructure in its production build system and support AI infrastructure and tooling at Apple scale. The role focuses on high-throughput, multi-region services including load shaping, capacity and quota allocation, observability, and large-scale cost controls, while solving complex security problems and collaborating with security experts. The position requires a computer science degree or equivalent experience, strong backend programming and problem-solving skills, and experience building cloud services and distributed systems at scale.
