Description
Google is hiring a Software Engineer, AI Infrastructure to build and maintain switch software powering data center fabrics, wide-area networks, and the peering edge of its AI infrastructure. The role provides technical leadership, coaches distributed engineering teams, performs large-scale network scaling and performance tuning, and develops, tests, deploys, and improves switch software for AI networking infrastructure supporting TPUs and GPUs. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 8 years of C++ programming experience, 5 years of software product testing and launch experience, and 5 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, networks, compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
