Mattel is hiring a Data Scientist – ML & Generative AI to build and deploy scalable machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and computer vision solutions for supply chain, operations, forecasting, optimization, and vision-based use cases. The role covers model development, experimentation, production deployment, MLOps, and collaboration with business, engineering, product, and data teams. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, approximately 4–7 years of experience, strong Python and data skills, and practical experience across at least one of generative AI, computer vision, or advanced deep learning.
