Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, full-stack development, or AI engineering
Experience designing and documenting end-to-end software architectures for complex projects
At least two years of experience implementing advanced AI solutions, including semantic matching, RAG systems, and document parsing
Experience designing and deploying agentic systems using LangGraph, Crew AI, or the OpenAI Agents SDK
Experience with Human-in-the-loop integrations within AI workflows
Experience implementing evaluation frameworks, results testing, and iterative refinement techniques for AI models
Experience mentoring team members and collaboratively brainstorming technical architectures
