Description
Userpilot is hiring a full-stack, AI-native engineer to build and operate features across its React dashboard, JavaScript SDK, Elixir/Phoenix backend, real-time pipelines, WebSocket infrastructure, and AI-powered product features. The role requires at least three years of production software experience, strong frontend and backend skills, experience with LLM-powered features, and the ability to use AI coding agents while maintaining architectural judgment. The position is full-time, requires the right to work in Ireland, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
