Prex is hiring a full-time Software Engineer to develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend systems and integrate advanced artificial intelligence capabilities and autonomous agent architectures in critical production environments. The role focuses on Rust and Python, APIs, microservices, distributed systems, AWS, AI agent security and control, MCP connectivity, harness engineering, and collaboration with Product, Technology, Risk, Marketing, and Operations. Candidates should be advanced students or graduates in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with at least four years of software development experience in demanding production environments.
