Description
Ramp is hiring a Software Engineer on the AI Solutions team to co-lead customer engagements with an AI Solutions Strategist. The role combines technical discovery, solution architecture, prototyping, implementation, production readiness, and operational handoff for AI workflows, while working directly with enterprise customers and end users. Candidates need production software experience, solutions architecture or pre-sales engineering experience, ML/GenAI knowledge, strong coding ability, cloud and distributed systems experience, and familiarity with LLM systems such as RAG, agents, monitoring, and evaluation. The role requires travel of up to approximately 50% and offers full-time benefits across the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.
