Description
Waabi is hiring a Software Engineer for its AI Technical Strike Team to design, build, and ship internal AI tooling, agents, workflows, and integrations across autonomy, simulation, ML training, research, and business functions. The role partners with engineers, researchers, and business teams; evaluates AI tools and frameworks; builds observability and responsible-AI guardrails; and drives adoption through documentation and support. Candidates need at least five years of software engineering experience, hands-on experience with AI coding tools and production LLM integrations, strong Python or similar programming skills, and experience shipping tools or platforms used by large user bases. The US salary range is $165,000-$265,000 annually, with equity, medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited vacation, flexible hours, and work-from-home support.
