Lam is hiring a Software Support and QA Engineer to support the design, infrastructure, and technology platforms for its semiconductor equipment. The role covers software development lifecycle activities, deployment, troubleshooting, customer installation and issue resolution, error propagation to software and hardware engineers, simulator and testing-environment setup, and customer feedback collection. The position is based in Villach, Austria, with a hybrid work model offering on-site Flex or Virtual Flex arrangements.
