The role develops and operates a scalable multi-tenant conversational AI platform using cutting-edge LLM technologies. Responsibilities include independently planning, programming, and operating software, testing new functionality, ensuring platform quality, and collaborating with customers to understand their needs and create tailored solutions. The position requires prior software-development experience, strong knowledge of Angular, Node.js, Docker, and MongoDB, interest in conversational AI, analytical problem-solving, agile teamwork, and bilingual German and English communication. Cloud, DevOps, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD experience are preferred.
